Are You Ready To Work? – Let’s Get the Show Back On The Road.

GREAT will be out and about again throughout March and April and we will be touring our local community with a roadshow of our provision

It’s been two years since the team has been able to get out into the community due to the pandemic and Covid restrictions and we are excited to be launching our first roadshow.
We have a bigger team who are ready and eager to support more family members to overcome their barriers to work towards their employment goals.

The GREAT Project Team Manager Chantal says;

We understand that the impact of the pandemic will have been significant for local families in terms of their finances, mental health, confidence and knowing what their next steps are, especially with rising living costs on the horizon. We want to be able to support as many local families as we can to overcome these challenges and find opportunities that will improve their lives.”

We support members of local families, who are potentially facing multiple barriers to work, back into employment or training in Leicester and Leicestershire. find out more about our eligibility criteria here.
The Workshops and sessions that we offer cover employability, mental wellbeing, and life skills. We can also provide industry visits and work experience for our participants.
What’s more, we provide free childcare during many of its activities and workshops, unlike many other similar projects.
