We are currently inviting applications from providers who are able to deliver Health & Wellbeing support to GREAT Project Participants which will complement our existing programme of activities and where a physical or mental health barrier, disability or learning disability has been identified as a barrier towards employment and training.
The Getting Ready for Employment and Training (GREAT) Project is a free service designed to give members of families, who are not currently employed, the support they need to find work or training opportunities. The project has completed its initial 3 year phase and has been extended until the end of February 2022.
This service will work across Leicester and Leicestershire delivering one-to-one support and workshops on all aspects of improving a participant’s health & wellbeing that allows them to start seeing employment as an achievable goal and thinking more positively about the world of work.
Voluntary Action LeicesterShire (VAL) is the lead for the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund’s Building Better Opportunities ‘In Support of Family Inclusion’ in the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership area.
For further information about this opportunity, or to apply please visit the full Invitation to Tender page on our lead partner’s website.
Application deadline: 11th of November.
