How the GREAT Project plans to move forward during the Covid-19 outbreak.

This page is updated on a regular basis. Last updated 11/08/2021

In light of the outbreak of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) across various parts of the world, the GREAT Project continues to take all possible steps to ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, participants, service users and our local communities whilst continuing to offer support to those in need.

Following the relaxing of COVID-19 restrictions the GREAT Project are taking a phased approach to the delivery of our services. We will be continuing to offer remote online sessions and workshops (listed here) but have also started to resume some in-person meetings. These are being held in COVID-19 secure venues, where both parties feel comfortable. Within the GREAT Project offices, located at Voluntary Action LeicesterShire in Leicester City Centre, meeting rooms and use of an I.T suite are available to participants with prior arrangements. We are continuing to accept new referrals onto the project, please get in touch here. We will review the situation on a regular basis and update on our plans for the future. Please email us on info@greatproject.org.uk if you have any queries or questions.
